FAQ`s - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Note: Our Free Instant Classifieds are do-it-yourself. There are two sections. One is for Real Estate Only and the other is for non-real estate ads.

Can I link my website, image and email to a free ad?
YES! Use the Classifieds to do all of these. A web site is not needed for the free classifieds. To link an image or website, you have to have them on your server. If you do not, we suggest you ask viewers to email you for photos of your property.

I have a Real Estate Service, I don't sell property, can I still advertise?
YES! Use the Bulletin Board free4all categories. (Website required).

I don't have a website and/or e-mail, can I still advertise?
YES! Use the Classifieds only. You can put your phone number in the ad.

Are the ads really free?
YES! However, if you want to pay us for it, we will be happily accept :-)

Can I use the Classifieds and the Free4all?
YES! Please limit to one ad monthly in the classifieds and one ad in the free-4-all annually.

Do the ads support html inserts?
No! Your website link is automatic in the headers only.

How do I contact the Advertisers?
Contact info is in the ad. Do not contact us. The ads are free for everyone to use. Use normal discretion. Caveat Emptor.

If I make an error in the ad, can I correct it?
Yes, do the ad over and notify us to delete the original one.

How many ads can I put in?
One per month in the Classifieds and once annually in the Free4all, don't spam please!
Real Estate Only. Others get deleted. Keep the ads reasonably sized. Oversized ads may be deleted or edited. About 50 - 60 words is good.
..and don't forget to put where you are located first. These ads are read all over the planet. Ex: A 3BR house in Freeport doesn't mean anything to someone 3000 miles away. Put the State or Country in the title and ad.

How long will my Classified ad be listed?
The default is 90 days.

How do I start?
Click below or above link, wait for the ads to load (be patient). Look at the other ads to get the idea, then just do it!

Your ad appears for the entire world to see. Be sure to re-check for accuracy before posting. When the property is no longer available contact us and we will remove the listing. We reserve the right to edit, use in our promotional offers or delete any and all ads posted. We do ban spammers, so don't abuse the free classifieds, please.
As always, use your own discretion when responding to any ad. At times, the free ads link may not work due to server updates, etc. Stop by later if that happens. If you are having trouble with placing an ad, contact us and ask for help.
